Wǒ de shēngrì shì sān yuè èrshí hào.

Nǐ xìage yuè dǎsuàn zuò shénme?
你下个月打算做什么?

(Literal translation) Your birthday is which month,

time.
Tomorrow is no good, but today I should be able to
go.

Normally time phrases will be right after subject or in the beginning of the sentence.
