“I have said these things to you while I am still with you. But the
Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will
teach you everything, and remind you of all that I have said to you.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as
the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them
be afraid.” (John 14.23-29)

PARISH UPDATE
Over the past 4 weeks, we have had to pay for a
plumbing company to snake out our toilets because of
paper towel being flushed, instead of being disposed of
in the waste bin. Our aging plumbing in the Church and
Hall, dictates that nothing other than toilet paper should
be flushed down the toilet. Thank you for your cooperation.
REVISED WEBSITE: www.stpiusx.ca
We have a wonderful newly revised website – check it
out  Ministries are reminded and encouraged to send
their info to parish office for submission to our website,
so that more folks be informed about your ministry! Many
thanks to our dedicated “Website/IT” ministry group:
Claudia Tecuceanu, Ignacio Lawless and Paolo Bomben
who made this happen – great job!

YOUR CONTINUED GENEROSITY 
HUMOUR CORNER
One Catholic priest likes to tell of a time when
he'd said "I think there is something wrong with
my mic". Well he was right, the mic was not on
so the congregation had not heard him, but
assumed he'd said his usual "May Christ's peace be with
you". The congregation gave its typical response of "And
also with you."
