New Balance Talent Coaches Group & Coaches Conference
Talent group will be launched in the next couple of weeks, NGBs will be asked to nominate either
talented coaches who consistently produce talented performers or talented coaches working within
the talent pathway. There will be a further request for NGBs to nominate one experienced Coach
Developer who will be able to take the lessons learned back to each NGBs wider cohort of coaches,
creating a cascade effect and widen the community of learning.
Due to a congested period of activity in late summer, early autumn the Coaches Conference will be
rescheduled for February 2015. Format to be decided, any suggestions to R Metcalf
