PA Physical Education Standard: 10.4.6.A Identify and engage in moderate to vigorous activities that contribute to
physical fitness and health
Instructions:
Create your own FITNESS COMPONENTS TASK CARD to be used in class. Use
exercises that we have practiced in class (FITNESS COMPONENTS). Make sure you
use stationary exercises and locomotor skills. Make sure to include at least one
exercise from each of the components: Muscular Fitness, Cardiorespiratory
Endurance and Flexibility.
Follow the example below and then create your own exercises on the back of this
sheet.
