Directions:
1. Make your map key. Use a ruler to make a box in the lower left corner of your map. Neatly write in each of the following governments:
Dictatorship, Totalitarian/Oligarchy, Theocracy, Monarchy, Parliamentary, Republic, and Constitutional Monarchy. Next to each make a
small box with a ruler and put a different color in each box. (make note of exactly which color pencil you use for each)
2. Use the internet to find a list of countries for each type of government. Select TWO countries for each type and color them the color to
match the key you made.
3. Use the internet to find the following information about each country and put it in a box in the country or on a line connected to the
country. Include in this order: 1.Country Name, 2. Leader’s name, 3.Leader’s title and party (if there is one), 4.Population of country, 5.
Size of the country’s military, 6. One fact about the country that is interesting to you.
