On the basis of recommendations made by the Service Selection Board
duly endorsed by the Administrative Department vide aforementioned
communications; Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of candidates
as Technician-3rd in District Cadre’s given as under:1. Annexure “A” Udhampur
2. Annexure “B” Rajouri
3. Annexure “C” Jammu
4. Annexure “D” Kathua
5. Annexure “E” Srinagar
6. Annexure “F” Ganderbal
7. Annexure “G” Ananthnag
8. Annexure “H” Budgam
9. Annexure “I” Baramulla
10. Annexure “J” Kulgam
11. Annexure “K” Pulwama
12. Annexure “L” Bandipora
The appointment of the Candidates shall be subject to following conditions:1/The Appointees shall report to Chief Engineers shown against each
within a period of “21” days from the date of issue of appointment order. In case
of failure of any appointee to join within the stipulated period, his / her
appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
2/- The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production/verification of the
following certificates in Original:I. Academic Qualification Certificate.
II. Technical Qualification Certificate.
III. Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate.
IV. Health Certificate from the Concerned Chief Medical Officer of
the District.
V. Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
VI. Certificates from the Concerned District Industries Centre (DIC)
and District Employment and Counseling Centre to the effect that
no loan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken by the
appointee.

The appointment of above candidates as Technician-III in Power
Development Department shall further be subject to the condition that:I. Each appointee shall submit an affidavit at the time of joining
undertaking therein that in case any adverse report about his/her
Character and Antecedents is received from the office of the
ADGP,CID, J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the
Concerned Chief Engineers, the candidate shall have no right to claim
his/her appointment as Technician-III in the Power Development
Department and his/her appointment as such shall be deemed to have
been cancelled ab-initio:II. Verification/genuineness of the qualification/technical/reserved
certificates and other certificates from the concerned issuing
authorities.
4. The salary of the appointees shall be drawn and disbursed only after
satisfactory reports in respect of (i) and (ii) above are received in their favour.
5.
The appointment of the above candidates shall be governed by the “New
Pension Scheme” as per SRO 400 dated 24-12-2009 .
6.
The appointees shall be on probation for a period of “2” years.which
shall be cleared only after receipt of satisfactory report in their favour from the
sub-ordinate offices.
7.
The inter-se-seniority of these appointees shall be determined in
accordance with the merit position acquired during selection and in terms of
Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,
1959 and other relevant rules.
8.
The Cases of such candidates whose Selection has been kept withheld by
the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board for various reasons, shall be
considered only after their with held recommendations is cleared by Board for
appointment.
9.
The above appointments shall be further subjected to the outcome of any
writ petition(s) pending before the Hon’ble court.
