Jim Rochford is a professional who works with business owners and their
key management to improve their financial, operational and marketing
results. Jim leveraged his 25 years of senior executive experience (at
Philips Electronics and Pitney Bowes) and formally started his own business
coaching practice in 2004, RochfordCOACH Business Coaching.
Jim's business experience includes direct management of strategic
marketing, marketing communications, tactical sales support marketing,
product engineering, manufacturing engineering and product line
management functions. In addition, he has been responsible for key
customer relationships and worked closely and consistently with Sales and
Customer Service associates. Jim has held P&L responsibility and
accountability for business units ranging in revenue size from $5 million to
$100 million and managed organizations from 2 to 150 employees.
Jim is the immediate past Chairperson of the Branford Chamber of
Commerce and holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA from St. John's
University in New York. He currently resides in Guilford, Connecticut with
his wife Meg and three children.
