Cost of Tickets = $70.00
 This includes admission to Knott’s Berry Farm, a meal ticket, and a round-trip bus ride to and from school.
 The bottom of this Parent Permission slip must be submitted at time of purchasing tickets!!!
(Tickets will not be sold without this form at time of purchase.)
 Tickets go on sale: APRIL 17 – MAY 19th. Bring cash or a check payable to CVMS.
 Tickets will be sold before school, passing periods & during lunch at the Finance Window.
 If for some reason the student does not make the trip, CVMS can only return a partial refund ($32) since bus
transportation and meal vouchers cannot be refunded. All eligible student refunds will be mailed after the trip.
Partial scholarships are available. Please see your counselor for assistance.
Rules for the Trip:
1. STUDENTS must ride their assigned bus both ways  there are NO exceptions! Students will be assigned a bus
based on their last name in alphabetical order.
2. STUDENTS must follow and obey all Knott’s Berry Farm and CVMS rules and standards of conduct. Students
detained by Knott’s Berry Farm authorities for any infraction of park rules will be released to parents only.
3. Students report to their 1st period class at 7 a.m. for attendance and then will be escorted to the gym for lineup.

LOSS OF PRIVILEGE: Any student who has discipline incidents and is on this list will not be able to
participate in this activity. Eighth graders received a presentation and form detailing the LOP process
during their PE classes. Please refer to the LOP (Loss of Privilege) information located on the school
website.
GOOD CITIZENSHIP = PARTICIPATION IN END-OF-YEAR ACTIVITIES
PARENTS must pick up their returning students at school at 7:30 p.m. . . . SHARP!
4. EXTRA money will be needed if students want to purchase other snacks or souvenirs.
5. No other coupons/discounts may be used with this school trip and personal/annual Knott’s Berry Farm passes
will NOT be accepted. Lockers are available to rent for extra clothes and/or food.
