Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups half and half
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Combine ingredients in a one-quart container with a tight fitting lid. Shake
until sugar is dissolved. Keep refrigerated.
Yields: 24 oz.
Add-ins: Use fruit, candy, cookies or nuts and add after ice cream has churned for at least 5 minutes or when the
mixture is thick and has started to freeze.
