area. What this means is we only use authentic
ingredients. Lou Bozzelli is the Real Italian Guy who
was born in 1948 in Apulia, Italy before the invention
of stuffed crust pizza and cooking challenges on TV.
Our approach to food is deeply rooted in tradition
and we want you to share in the nostalgia.
