Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing County Report by JP Status, SID Missing The County Report by Judicial Proceeding (JP) Status, State Identification Number (SID) Missing was created to assist counties in their compliance with the Commission’s requirement that all JPs have a valid State Identification Number (SID) before submission in SGS Web. The report can be used to identify which cases, in various statuses, are in need of a SID number. Users may run this report to determine the following statuses: pending completion, pending submission, submitted, final, revoked/resentenced, or all statuses. JPs missing SID numbers will either be in ‘pending completion’ or ‘pending submission’ status. The SID field has three options for you to choose: All, Yes, or No. Selecting No allows the user to find only the JPs without a SID number. All and Yes selections provide users the option to run reports containing the SID number or a report that shows both JPs with SID numbers and those without SID numbers. The JP Resentence filed defaults to No, meaning the report will not include cases for the Revocation Proceeding module. Steps 1. Click Reports located on the left-hand navigation bar on the dashboard. The following ‘Report Request’ screen will be displayed. 2. Select ‘County report by JP status, SID missing’ from the ‘Report Type’ drop-down menu. The following ‘Report Request’ screen will be displayed.
