About Fersan
–1978 Establishment as a wine leaf and olive
proceeding facility in Kemalpasa / Izmir, later
adding vinegar, jalapeños, dressings and juices
to the portfolio
–Since the mid 1980’s Fersan produces pickles and
nowadays also fresh cut salads for McDonald’s
–Today Fersan belongs to the Develey group
and is the Turkish market leader in the vinegar
segment (Euromonitor 2012) and exports
successfully world wide
