-Please be sure your child has a full set of extra clothing in their cubby box. SOCKS are especially important at this time of year because it is very common for
children to come in from outside with wet socks. An extra pair or two is great and helps make your child feel a lot more comfortable.
- Have you asked your child about our “bucket project?” It is a kindness project that we do throughout the season of Lent. The concept is that everyone has an
invisible bucket and it feels great when your bucket is full. Each person can help fill others’ buckets by doing positive things; this is being a “bucket filler.” In turn, by
doing unkind actions “bucket dipping” occurs.
-As you read with your child have them help “read” sight words as you encounter them.
-We welcome Miss Katie O. to the Munchkins 1 Room! She will be working the same hours that Ms. Colleen worked and begins Monday, March 4. We are excited to
have her join us!
