To Solve:
1) Isolate the expression with the base and exponent.
2) RAISE both sides to the reciprocal power.
*The reciprocal of a negative is still negative!
Apply power to power rule... Multiply inside and outside powers.
3) Simplify & Solve.
4) Check - Use calc!
Put all fractional exponents inside parentheses!
