 basic firearms safety practices;
 ammunition;
 operating firearm actions;
 safe handling and carry procedures;
 firing techniques and procedures;
 care of non-restricted firearms;
 responsibilities of the firearms owner/user; and, safe storage,
transportation and handling of non-restricted firearms.
