Job placement by graduates in the AS Nursing Program was 98.1% in 2015 per the latest job
placement data available from the Minnesota State system office.
Student Satisfaction: In May of 2016, 95.34% of the student graduates reported overall
satisfaction and contentment with their education and the AS Nursing Program.
Employer and student graduate satisfaction in 2015 for 6-12 months after graduation is 100%
and 95.4%.
National licensure examination pass rate (NCLEX) for the AS Nursing Program students from
2016 was 73.75%.
Program Completion (students start and complete the degree program) for the AS Nursing
Program in 2016 was 81%. 72 students graduated in 2016.

graduates choose to continue their nursing training instead of employment.

satisfaction and contentment with their education and the Practical Nursing Program.

National licensure examination pass rate (NCLEX) for the Practical Nursing Program students
from 2016 was 95.56%. Minnesota West is at the top of NCLEX pass rates for the state of
