Juan Guerrero
Senior Vice President, Chief Global Supply Chain Officer
Juan Guerrero is the Senior Vice President and Chief Global Supply Chain Officer of
Bloomin’ Brands.
He is responsible for overseeing Bloomin’ Brands global supply chain function,
including sourcing strategies for new markets, leveraging networks in existing
markets and optimizing productivity.
Mr. Guerrero has extensive international experience overseeing the supply chain
operations for global companies. After several years as a consultant with Mars & Co.,
an international strategy consulting firm, he moved into strategic sourcing and later a
supply chain role for Yum! Brands. He also worked for Starbucks Coffee Company in
various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Global Logistics and
International Supply Chain.
Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, Mr. Guerrero was the Senior Vice President of
Supply Chain, and most recently, Executive Vice President of North America Retail,
for Office Depot.
Mr. Guerrero has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. He is an Advisory Board Member to several research and education
programs.
