Laura Lee Jones founded LionShare® in 1995 and is the acting CEO and President. Over the 17
years, Jones has expanded her client base into 36 states and Canada. In addition, sales growth
figures have grown on average 20-30% annually. Ms. Jones has established herself as a straightforward
business executive with a flair for building business intelligence databases to utilize for creating, launching,
and tracking successful marketing initiatives. Strategic Planning, New Business Development, and Metrics
Methodology are her top focus. Her firm’s services and expertise include strategic consulting, corporate
identity development, graphic design, direct mail, social media monitoring, email campaigns,
fulfillment services, customer relationship marketing (CRM), new mover programs, new parent
programs, market analysis, and business intelligence analytics.
Ms. Jones is a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, the Helzberg
Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program, and the Women’s Capital Connection. She also sits on the
Kansas Kips Gymnastics Board and is a committee member of Speaking of Women’s Health.
