significance in Bexar County. The project will feature a digital/virtual component and a hard copy booklet to celebrate the historic commemoration of the
300th birthday of San Antonio, leading up to and spanning the Tricentennial year of 2018.

Pursuant to Section 011 – Restriction on Communications, Respondents are prohibited from communicating with: 1) City officials, as defined by §2-62
of the City Code of the City of San Antonio, regarding the RFCSP or proposals, the Tricentennial Commission Office (“Office”) and its staff, and the Board
of the Tricentennial Commission from the time the RFCSP has been released until the contract is posted for consideration as a Commission agenda item;
and 2) City employees from the time the RFCSP has been released until the contract is awarded.
Exceptions to the Restrictions on Communications:
Respondents may submit written questions concerning this RFCSP to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 10:00 a.m., Local Time, on Tuesday,
January 10, 2017. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail.
