the summer months while parents work.

Weds, May 24 (for MWF classes)
Thurs, May 25 (for T-Th & 5-day classes.)
We know that parents are thinking ahead about summer … and planning care for your
child after our traditional school year ends. Therefore, we are pleased to offer our “Summer
Day” Program. We love your children and we recognize the importance of consistent care in
the same setting, with trained and nurturing teachers. We invite your child to stay the
summer with us!
It is now time to register. This letter includes a registration form.
Tuition fees are based on the entire period of 8:00 am-12 noon OR 9:00 am-1 pm. Parent
may choose either 4-hour schedule. Tuition will be payable on a week-by-week basis.
Families pay only for the weeks that child attends. Minimum of a 4 week enrollment
(full summer is 8 weeks).
Summer Day Program will be staffed by our Wesley Memorial School teachers. There will
be consistency in the daily schedule for your child’s day. He/she will have playtime in the
room, creative art activities, and plenty of outdoor exploration time. We will include stories
and music, and one snack. Parents bring child’s own lunch each day, if enrolled in the 9:001 pm schedule. (Children attending from 8:00-12 noon will go home for lunch.)
Registration Fee is $15 per child.
Tuition is $80/week (during non-Enrichment weeks)
Tuition is $100/week when the week includes the additional activities of our
Summer Enrichment Program. (See schedule below) Children will participate in
Enrichment if they are enrolled in Summer Day during Enrichment week(s).
