Cindy Caperton – 500 RYT Yoga instructor

Cindy Caperton – 500 RYT Yoga instructor registered with Yoga
Alliance, certified in Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Bodywork.
As a yoga teacher, my desire is to create a unique yoga experience that allows
students to find their own path to healing and wellness. Yoga has always been a
source of healing for me which is why I am so passionate about sharing it with
others. I discovered yoga in 2000 to ease chronic back pain and instantly found a
connection & awareness that eventually led me to deepen my practice in teacher
training. One year after completing my yoga teacher certification, I became
certified in Thai Yoga Therapy. The completion of my 500 hour Yoga Therapy
certification gives me the ability to guide students into deeper healing of body,
mind & spirit.
My classes range from Deep Stretch Yoga with a slow pace of poses supported on
the ground to Slow Flow Yoga which includes a combination of warm up,
invigorating slow flow and cool down to rest. Release & Flow Yoga includes
myofascial release with massage ball work. Classes include focus on the
breath, guided meditation and hands-on therapuetic adjustments and are taught to
all levels of experience with modifications. Morning power walks are always an
option before yoga classes.
