Appropriation 1926-27. 1926. -No. 52. 1926-27. APPROPRIATION No. 52 of 1926. An Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven and to appropriate the Supplies granted by the Parliament for such year. [Assented to 23rd August, 1926.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1926-27. 2. The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to and apply towards making good the supply hereby grantedday His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven the snm of Eighteen million and forty-six thousand nine hundred and eleven pounds. n Act and the other Act mentioned 3. All suns granted by this in the First Schedule to this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven amounting as appears by the said Schedule in th- aggregate to the sum of Twenty-two million and ninety-three thousand and twenty-eight pounds are appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 24 of 1926 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule in relation to the financial year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
