What are Globe Rewards?
A tiered Members’ Rewards Program whereby you are
rewarded for your spend in the Club. The more points you
earn, the higher the tier and the more rewards you receive.
Redeem your points for purchases in selected outlets at Club
Marconi and/or take advantage of some unbeatable offers
available to members.
How Do I Earn Globe Rewards Points?
Earn points when you swipe your Club Marconi membership
card at the point of purchase of the following outlets;
nBars
nOscars
nThe Piazza
nGaming
There are 5 different Globe Rewards levels. Each level offers a
unique variety of benefits and offers.
Members eligibility into each level will be updated on a
monthly basis. This will occur on the 10th day of each month.
You will be able to upgrade into a higher rewards level at this
time should you reach the selected criteria.
Dropping a level occurs every 3 months on the 10th of each
month, 10th January, 10th April, 10th July & 10th October.
Your level is based on points accrued over a 12 month period.
You can redeem your points as often as you like and it will not
affect your membership level.
All members are automatically part of the Globe Rewards
Program (Bronze level) when becoming a member of Club
Marconi. You have the choice to opt out of the program if you
do not wish to participate.

Points will be allocated as follows;
n1 point for every $1 spend in bar and catering purchases.
n1 point for every $5 turnover from poker machines.
n1 point for every $25 turnover on multi-terminal gaming
machines.

What’s Improved?
There are now 5 levels. Entry level into certain tiers are now
easier. There are additional discounts for members.
Do my points expire?
No.
How does the program work?
It is all accrued on the points that you have on your
membership card, this does not include bonus on
promotional points added to members cards. Every dollar
you spend earns rewards points, the total of your accrued
points determines which level you are on.
Do I earn points from my spend in all areas of the club?
Yes, when you purchase from most beverage, catering and
gaming outlets across the club you will earn more points.
However some areas of the club do not apply such as Star
Buffet, Bodyworks Gym etc. For a list of the areas that are
not included please refer to Terms and Conditions below.
How will I know if I have gone up a level?
When you insert your membership card in the gaming
machine it will tell you your level. If you need any further
assistance, just ask one of our staff members who can give
you step by step information.
Can I drop a level at any time?
Yes, this will occur every Quarter on the 10th January, 10th
April, 10th July and 10th October.
Are there increased benefits as I go up in levels?
Yes, there are higher discounts, bonus point offers and more
benefits.
Can I opt out of the program?
Yes you can. Simply advise any staff member if you would
like to opt out. You will still have regular Club Marconi
membership benefits, however may not be eligible for certain
promotions and benefits.
Terms and Conditions
Rewards are limited to each individual member and points
cannot be accrued for spends in Bodyworks Life Gym, Star
Buffet, Club Reception (for show ticket purchases), Marconi
Early Learning Centre, Marconi Tennis/Squash or David
K Hair Direction, Bottle Shop and areas where applicable.
