Faces may change but the tradition of 150 years of great music goes on!
Founded in 1860, the St. Louis Philharmonic
continues to serve the St. Louis metro area as a vital and
viable cultural institution. This historical orchestra is
composed of approximately 90 talented and dedicated
musicians who have successfully auditioned for a
position in this prestigious orchestra. Unique within the
musical community, we are an all-volunteer,
self-governing, not-for-profit organization.
We appreciate your continued attendance and
support. We look forward to having you in our audience
at both our classical concerts and our POPS concerts.
Come and share our love of music with us.
