Auction as a result of the non-payment of rates pursuant to Section 184 of the Local
Government Act 1999.
If, before 2 September 2016, the outstanding amounts of rates together with all costs
incurred by the Council in respect of any of the properties are paid to Council, the Public
Auction of that property cannot proceed.
In all other circumstances, the Public Auction will proceed as notified.
