20 YEAR REVUE
Next Sunday night plan to be here for a true celebration
as we present “VBS: 20 Year Revue”. We will be strolling down
memory lane reliving songs, activities plus looking at pictures
from 20 years of VBS. Wear an old themed shirt, pull out your
favorite look and join us for a great night.
In the true spirit of VBS, there will be snacks following the service!
For the Revue we still need some pictures from past VBS’.
If you have any we can use, please give them to Donna Blaydes
(they will be returned). Also, if you have a favorite song
from a previous VBS, please list it on your
Connection Card or tell Donna.

A perfect summertime excursion - we’re heading to the lake!
All adults 55+ are invited to join our Sunshine Club as we go to
Angelos at the Point restaurant in Dandridge on Douglas Lake.
We will be leaving the church at 10:15. If you would like to
meet us there, please see Doris Julian or Jim Brewer for directions.
We plan to be there by 11:15 for lunch.
Please sign up on your Connection Card if you plan on attending
so we can notify the restaurant.
FINAL MEETING - July 10th
At 4PM KINDERGARTEN thru 5th/6th GRADE TEACHERS need to
meet with Bro. Rick in Mr. Drinnon’s room. You need to be
prepared to discuss what you will be doing in your classroom each
day as it pertains to the story.
“Crocheters” Needed
If you know how to crochet and would be willing to help with
our plastic mat mission project, please sign up on your
Connection Card. The mats are a simple rectangle.
At 4:45PM EVERYONE (Teachers/Assistants/Crafts/Snacks/Music/
Recreation, etc.) need to be in the Choir Room.
We will have some decorations available.
REGISTRATION KICK OFF will be Sunday, July 17th at 5:30pm.
This is a perfect time to bring your neighbors, children and
grandchildren.
