Foundation for Enterprise-class Data Centers
The Brocade Data Center Backbone (DCX) is a new class of network infrastructure that resides at the core
of the Data Center Fabric. 8 Gbit/sec Switches and Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) act as the fundamental
building blocks for the Brocade DCF architecture, connecting servers and storage devices through industry
leading technology.
With the introduction of the latest family of Brocade Storage Area Network (SAN) Switches and HBAs,
deployment of best-in-class, yet cost-effective solutions for consolidated and virtualized environments
are seamless. With easy-to-use management tools and wizards, and full line rate performance on every
port, administrators can streamline implementations and ongoing management in a wide range of
environments. Therefore, allowing IT departments to better serve business units and meet strategic
