 Basic Course
 Developed to prepare Enlisted Personnel (EP) in the
Medical Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude to
perform their duties and responsibilities as medical
aidmen associated with the rank of E2 (Pfc,SN2, A2C).
To qualify as a Medical Aidmen by equipping the
appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude needed in the
care of the sick and wounded and aid them to decide
intelligently and act efficiently during medical and combat
emergencies.
 Acquaint with the organization, roles and functions of
the Medical Service of the AFP
 Appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude as medical
aidmen
 Equip with the military knowledge, skills and attitude
as members of their respective units
 Develop leadership skills as EP of the AFP
 Composed of Fourteen (14) Modules
 Twenty Four (24) weeks duration
 Divided into Three (3) Phase of training




To equip the Medical Aidmen of the AFP with basic
military knowledge, skills and attitude necessary in the
performance of their functions as member of the Medical
Service.
To enhance skills and knowledge in order to prepare
them in the effective and efficient performance of their
duties.

possess the basic knowledge of Basic
Medical Aidman training and adequate
