1. BALTIC CHARM - Delicate sort that has considerable talent. First start since
December but if he can get off on the right foot he will be dangerous
2. TONY GIO - Hardy type that is well placed behind the car. Was not disgraced
in Denmark last time but must still raise his game
3. BEAU GAMIN - Very useful under these conditions and should once again
figure prominently
4. TROPIC DU HETRE - Has more than once produced the goods over the
distance but latest form does little to inspire confidence
5. ORIONE DEGLI DEI - Surprise second in a G.III last time over the distance
but has little chance of repeating
6. TREBOL - Has not made his mark at this level for some time and not having
raced since February does nothing to help his cause
7. BAHIA QUESNOT - Mixes the good with the less good but reassured here
mid-month and looks a solid first-five chance
8. BEST OF JETS - Complicated sort but has good speed. Sanctioned in the
Kerjacques but if applied can go close
9. VALKO JENILAT - Tough sort that has been on fine form this year so far. Third
in the G.II Prix Kerjacques three weeks ago and although drawn wide still looks
the pick of the field
10. AZARO D'EVA - Winner of two of his last three but at this level will struggle
to make the grade
Summary
On fine form since the beginning of the year (9) VALKO JENILAT appears to
have the measure of most here. He will however be pitted against (8) BEST OF
JETS who should give him something to consider if applied. (3) BEAU GAMIN
has a good record over course and distance and from the 3-spot should be able
to go close. (1) BALTIC CHARM is arguably the best horse in the field and if he
can maintain stride he will have a serious claim.

1. VILEM DE BEAUVOIS - Considerably better horse under the saddle and has
no realistic chance
2. URANIUM - Regularly shows a lack of discipline but has merit all the same. A
place behind Viva De Luna last time and will be worth a second look
3. ASTRAL VIRETAUTE - Has nothing to show for himself since last autumn and
can be confidently ruled out
4. ARDENTE DU CLOS - Very hard to fault for the past two months. Beat others
in this line-up mid-month and should not be far off the mark
5. ATHOS DES VOLOS - Horse with considerable ability but has struggled of
late. Front shoes off this time and improvement expected
6. VIVA DE LUNA - Has hardly set a foot wrong since the beginning of the year.
Fourth to Attaque Parisienne last week and should again acquit herself
competitively
7. ATTAQUE PARISIENNE - Comes here off two consecutive victories when
barefoot. Shoes on this time but one to note all the same
8. AH QUEL MICHA - Has shown good consistency this year so far. Two places
behind Ardente Du Clos two weeks ago and again looks a respectable first-five
chance
9. AUFOR DE MIRE - Tough sort that won four over the winter including two
Quinte races. Has one race in him this term and going barefoot this time should
see him back to winning ways
10. AND DE SAINT PREST - Is proven at this level and under similar conditions.
Unplaced in his last two but should still not be ruled out
11. ACCORDEON - Surprised when a place behind Ardente Du Clos over
shorter here two weeks ago but a repeat looks unlikely
12. AFRICAIN - Moderate sort that has been unplaced in his last four outings
and will have nothing to offer
13. VANETTA D'AZUR - Has failed to finish closer than fifth since last November
and can be passed over
14. UP NANIE - Not the most reliable and although having reassured at Avignon
mid-month she still has a lot to find
15. VENICIO POMMEREUX - Got back in the game at Laval last time after a
lean spell since the beginning of the year. If still in shape he will have a major
part to play
16. UGO DES JACQUOTS - Has never made any impression at Vincennes
under harness and will struggle to make any impact
17. VOICE DREAM - Enjoyed a good run over the winter before losing her way.
Second start back with shoes off and if fully fit should have a good hand to play
Summary
The hardy (9) AUFOR DE MIRE recently made a pleasant comeback after a wellearned break. He has nothing to prove under these conditions and should
impose. He can nonetheless expect some opposition from (15) VENICIO
POMMEREUX who was majestic at Laval last time out. (17) VOICE DREAM
returns unshod all four and should get a look in, but will still need to see off the
consistent (4) ARDENTE DU CLOS. (8) AH QUEL MICHA is next best.

the game but others preferred on this occasion
2. ELENA PRINCESSE - Useful type that regularly gives her best but takes a big
step up in class and is not an obvious choice
3. ECLIPSE DREAM - Got off the mark over course and distance ten days ago
but is in better company here and chances limited
4. ELEGANTISSIME - Complicated filly that was not disgraced last time but
must show marked improvement
5. ELITE DU RUEL - Showed decent aptitude but has never finished closer that
fifth in this category. Made a solid comeback behind Everglades earlier in the
month but still needs to find more
6. EVERGLADES - Has been on cracking form this year so far. Takes her first
steps at this level and should acquit herself respectably
7. EACH TIME - Surprise runner-up to Ere Nouvelle late last month but
disappointed in her next outing and will need to reaffirm
8. ELSA DU POMMEREUX - Decent type but has yet to make her mark at this
level. Fifth to Ere Nouvelle last time and could just trot her way into the first five
again
9. ESTELLA LOVE - High class filly that proved her worth in the G.I Criterium
des Jeunes. Looked every part the winner here last time before breaking into a
gallop and if behaved should win this
10. ERMINIG D'OLIVERIE - Quality filly that has been enduring stride issues
recently but if applied should be able to make the frame
11. ELISIONE MAG - Highly consistent sort that seldom disappoints. Third in the
race of reference and another good performance anticipated
12. ERE NOUVELLE - Has begun to come good on her promise. Won the Prix
Masina following Estella Love's sanction and should again put on a good show
13. ELEA MADRIK - Already a multiple group winner. Recently finished fourth in
the G.II Prix Masina after being sent off favourite. Claim
Summary
The classy (9) ESTELLA LOVE had the G.II Prix Masina won last month but was
sanctioned in the latter stages. If applied this time she should make amends. (13)
ELEA MADRIK finished fourth that day when sent off favourite but should bounce
back with a better performance. If (10) ERMINIG D'OLIVERIE can keep her
stride in check she will be a tough opponent, while the consistent (11) ELISIONE
MAG can be counted on for another solid effort.

1. TRIOMPHE FERM - Boasts a win rate just shy of 50% but is in considerably
better company this time and chances limited
2. FREEWAY FORTUNA - Moderate type that gives a decent account for the
most part but unplaced in two of her last three and will need to find more
3. TOMOS D'AGHI - Respectable trotter that encouraged on his only start here
over the distance but can expect to have his work cut out this time
4. TERRA DEL RIO - Hardy Italian mare with an enviable strike rate. Unplaced
on her only appearance in France but is currently going well and will generate
some interest
5. FLASHBACK - Consistently gives a good account when not the object of the
stewards' scrutiny. Just his second start at Vincennes but is unshod behind and
must be afforded respect
6. TESAURO - Very smart Italian import that left a good impression on
comeback when heading Talisker Horse. Is proven at a better level and should
play an important part
7. TALISKER HORSE - Very useful trotter getting back to his best. Pipped into
third at Argentan last time by Tesauro but looks the one to beat this time around
8. CAYENNE DE HOUELLE - Very delicate mare but has significant talent.
Pleased in both outings since the spell and with stride in check should not be far
off the mark
9. CHTIOT DE BELLANDE - Sprang a 147/1 surprise when fourth at Enghien
early May. Remains shod and a repeat unlikely
10. PAJAS FACE - Classy Swedish trotter making his first start in France.
Pleased on comeback earlier this month and looks to have a valid claim
11. CALLAS DU BOUFFEY - Kicked the year off to a winning start but has been
a disappointment since and will need to reaffirm
12. COLORADO BLUE - Previously a good sort but lost his way last autumn and
is struggling to find the road back
13. CAPITANO DE LOU - Not the most reliable but encouraged in a better field
here two weeks ago and should have a good hand to play
14. COMETE SOMOLLI - Course and distance winner on her last appearance
here. Is up against the boys this time but should acquit herself competitively all
the same
15. CAPRIA - Very effective sort when maintaining stride. Came a cropper here
last week but is still good enough to finish in the money
16. CRISTAL RIVER - Regularly gives a good account of himself. Sanctioned
last time at Caen but represents a respectable first-five chance here
Summary
(7) TALISKER HORSE has been in decent shape this year. He was just beaten
by (6) TESAURO at Argentan but should have his measure on this occasion. (13)
CAPITANO DE LOU held his own in a quality field a fortnight back and should be
able to give this pair a run for their money. Despite the occasional blip (5)
FLASHBACK is as consistent as they come and should get look in. Swedish
raider (10) PAJAS FACE however is confirmed in better company and must not
be underestimated.

1. DIEGO DE LASSAY - Sanctioned more often than not. Looked ordinary at
Lisieux mid-month and can be ruled out
2. DJESON D'ARIANE - Delicate but has won both races he has finished and
latterly in fine fashion at Laval. With application the race is his for the taking
3. DIAMANT FORGION - Has not once made any impact in the ridden code and
is not about to buck the trend
4. DEL SOL DESERT - Still chasing that elusive first win but is not without merit
and could well make the first five here
5. DREAMING - Complicated but not lacking talent. Pleased at Caen despite the
sanction and if he can get off on the right foot there should be a cheque in it for
him
6. DOW JONES EMGE - A better sort than his recent results imply. Back under
the saddle in a legitimate bid for redemption
7. DRAGUEUR D'AZUR - Winner of his only start under the saddle and a similar
performance could see him double up
8. DERBY DU PADOUENG - Has demonstrated decent consistency in the
provinces but has little room for manoeuvre and others preferred this time
9. DEFI D'URZY - Gives a good account for the most part but has little love for
Vincennes and can be passed over
10. DIEGO NAY - Respectable colt that has ability under harness. Debuts in this
discipline and with Raffin on board he can be assured a competitive ride
11. D'ARTAGNAN DU PONT - One of the more modest elements in the field. Is
not entirely without merit but still needs to find more
12. DERBY DU BOURG - Has demonstrated fine aptitude for this branch of the
business and should be able to go close
Summary
Brilliant winner at Laval last time (2) DJESON D'ARIANE has every chance of
repeating provided he can stay in stride. He will have company though in (7)
DRAGUEUR D'AZUR who scored well first time out under the saddle. (12)
DERBY DU BOURG has only once finished out of the frame in this code and
should again apply the pressure. (10) DIEGO NAY makes his ridden debut and
could yet prove a spoiler.

1. DJANGO GALBE - Modest type that backs up after just five days and is not a
realistic proposition
2. DAIM DU RUISSEAU - Very effective last season but unplaced from two since
the turn of the year. Returns from a spell and unlikely to shake things up
3. DIAZO - Looked a good sort last season. Made an impressive comeback at
Rouen and could finish in the frame this time
4. DARK FANT - Has made excellent progress this year and although coming
here on a hat-trick he will have to be at his best
5. DREAMER DE CHENU - Respectable trotter but has made little impact this
term and can be passed over
6. DUC DU GERS - Won four on the trot and although having disappointed here
in his last two he can still make the first five
7. DEFI DE BREVOL - Dynamic since early April with three straight wins. Comes
to Vincennes with every chance of imposing again
8. DORUS WELL - Very hard to fault for the past two months. Scored a hat-trick
before finishing third over track and trip two weeks ago. Goes shod this time but
has a claim nonetheless
9. DOCTEUR D'ERABLE - Pleased in three from four this season including once
at the venue. Hind shoes off again but more a minor place prospect this time
10. DJANGO WINNER - Delicate but has ability. Pleased in his last two outings
and should not be far off the mark
Summary
(7) DEFI DE BREVOL has been consistently rewarding of late and has an ideal
entry for his first appearance at Vincennes. (8) DORUS WELL's recent record is
almost as good and he looks the principal challenger. (3) DIAZO's comeback
three weeks ago did not go unnoticed and he should have a good hand to play
here, as should the talented (6) DUC DU GERS provided he can keep his stride
in check.

1. ESPRIT DU LOIR - Sanctioned early on debut at Caen last week and is
unlikely to shake things up

3. ELOGE - Moderate sort that has yet to finish closer than fourth and will again
have his work cut out
4. EDEN JOSSELYN - Delicate but has ability. First time under the saddle but
with Raffin on board he is sure to be given every chance
5. EZALYO SMART - Flew up at Caen late last month. Makes his Vincennes
debut but can nonetheless make his presence felt
6. EVER - Good consistent colt that that seldom disappoints but will need to be
at his best this time
7. EVEIL DU CHATELET - Has proved very useful in both disciplines. Close
second over course and distance earlier in the month and again has a legitimate
claim
8. EPONIN DESJY - Has demonstrated decent aptitude for the game. Drops
back in class and looks competitively well in
9. ECLAT DE VERRE - Impressive in all three starts to date. Opened his
account with authority last time and again looks the one to beat
10. EMIR DE L'ESQUE - Well-regarded colt that has started to come good.
Steps back up in trip but should acquit himself well
Summary
Excellent since his first competitive steps (9) ECLAT DE VERRE left no doubt as
to his talent when winning with style here last time. He will be opposed by (7)
EVEIL DU CHATELET who came close to scoring here at the first time of asking.
(8) EPONIN DESJY takes a big dip in class and should make a better go of it this
time, but will need to keep an eye on (5) EZALYO SMART who recently lost his
maiden status in good order.

six months off. Needs to find her best form
14. AMARENA DANOVER - Showed a glimmer of form latest over Vincennes

15. VENUS DU ROSAY - Brave mare who has not won since August 2015 ! Her
best titles are on right-handed tracks and has only been placed 1/12 on the
podium with her apprentice
16. AMBREE LUDOISE - Ran better than placings suggest last time out in Vichy
Casaq Ligue event. Will find it easier here

and looks the one to concentrate on. (14) AMARENA DANOVER achieved that
bit more in her last start at Vincennes and seems to have further progress to

amateur. Can front run and go far
6. ALCUDIA - Showed a glimmer of form latest in the provinces being fifth. Not
sure will be enough for here
7. AMOUR DU BOLONG - Not placed on the podium since October 2015 and
needs to raise his current game. Tricky read
8. ALEXA SUB - Perfectly placed on the first line-up. Finished down the field on
her reappearance run at Chartres after eight months off. Needs to find her best
form
9. VAQUESSO - Has a 25m handicap. Unconvincin for a long time and his best
titles are on grass. Tough task
10. ACTIMELLE - Runner-up and fifth this year with her amateur and has again
to be considered
11. URFISTO JUSSE - Modest seventh on his reappearance run on grass after
five months off. Could have more to offer here but is always barefoot
12. VALDEZ - Bounced back to form latest on grass being third against higher
rivals. Will find it easier here and is driven by talented Michel Poirier
13. VEREGINO - Experienced with his amateur and has already trotted 1'17''3
over course and distance. Unshod in front again
14. ACANTHE HEGE - Ridden specialist who needs to prove herself at harness
remaining shod. Not going to be easy
15. VIVA CENSERIE - Lacklustre last three attempts and is really better without
her shoes. Difficult to recommend
16. VIZIR DE CREZESSE - Needs to be judged on his penultimate start over
Saint-Malo 2975m (1'20''1) when was runner-up with his amateur

This race may go to (12) VALDEZ who showed significant progress at Alencon on
turf last time. (10) ACTIMELLE is gradually back on top of her game and likes
this course and distance.(2) ARLINGTON is a useful performer in this class of
event and judged on his recent form must be included in calculations. (16) VIZIR

need the race. Not going to be easy

comeback on grass but is really better without his shoes

8. BIJOU PETTEVINIERE - Very reliable in ridden events when is unshod on all
four. Two wins, runner-up anf fourth with Adrien Lamy up
9. AZUR DE CARINA - Reassuring fifth last time out at Cholet after three
disqualifications in a row. 6/8 on the podium under the saddle including five wins
10. VARUS DU GUINOUX - Ridden specialist who looks exhausted after a lot of
races since last winter. Not a priority
11. BANCO DE L'ITON - In his category and is very reliable unshod in front. Still
unproven with his apprentice
12. BAD BOY TERRIE - Ridden specialist who is often placed in the mix when
has not gait problems but seldom wins. Beat Armenie du Lupin and Varus du

13. ARMENIE DU LUPIN - Ridden specialist who could toss out her last two
failures remaining shod. Has a lot of stamina
14. AMIE A LA BRUYERE - Reassuring third recently at Chartres after five
disqualifications in a row. Unshod on all four here
15. USIRIO - Made zero impact for a long time and can be neglected without
risks. Only watch
16. BANDIT DU COUDOU - Brave horse who always gives his best in harness
events and could be an interesting one on his ridden debut. Only unshod behind

Summary
A very consistent performer in this class of event (8) BIJOU PETTEVINIERE also
has the benefit of experience in this discipline. He has never run a bad race
when associated with Adrien Lamy and gets the vote. (16) BANDIT DU COUDOU
could not dream of a better entry on his debut under the saddle and looks the
main rival to the selection. (11) BANCO DE L'ITON can fare better than when
racing below-par at Vincennes.

six months off. Might need the race again
5. ESTREYA DU BELVER - More competitive in amateur events now and is
difficult to consider against a such opposition
6. EMPREINTE D'URZY - Has not put a foot wron this year (runner-up and third
after four months off. Podium chance
7. ESTELLE DU SAPHIR - Has just got off the mark on penultimate start over
Chartres 2800m (1'19''1) but has been disqualified since at Vincennes
8. EXIT MONEY - Really well-bred. Romped home in his first two races and was
only beaten by a promising colt on his Vincennes debut
9. ETINCELLE DESTINEE - Really well-bred. Off since November 1 when was
disqualified in Vincennes G3 but was irreproachable before. Could quietly race
here

Runner-up in a class D at Vincennes subsequently to two victories at Le CroiseLaroche (8) EXIT MONEY clearly sets the standard in this line-up. (2) EDITE
GEDE recorded a good chrono when off the mark at Laval and looks the safest
alternative for gold should the selection run below-par. (6) EMPREINTE D'URZY
and (3) EARTH are two others runners who are of interest in this race.

5. DANOVA DU CHENE - Often placed in the shakeup but is still a maiden in ten
starts. Off since February 20 but is driven by Matthieu Abrivard for the first time
6. DUCCES DU POTO - Still a maiden in eighteen outings and has little room for
manœuvre. Not a priority
7. DON'T FORGET - Clear third recently over La Rochelle 2625m (1'15''4) in

draw and racing without shoes does improve his chance to reach the first five
2. BLUE PASS - Youngest in the field with a good draw and will try to beat his
elders. Disqualified the last two and can't be trusted. Last win came at
Beaumont-de-Lomagne last July but he is quite classy and could win a race like
this
3. UN REVE D'HAUFOR - Last win came at this track in February 2016. Goes
without hind shoes and is an outsider from a good draw behind the car
4. VENT D'OUEST - Very consistent sort with a perfect draw. A place within the
first five is a distinct possibility
5. BY AIR - No form so far in two races this year. Contested a Quinte + latest
and went off at 105/1 and was outclassed all the way. Any share of the prizemoney would be a surprise
6. UPPY DE VIVE - Clocked a good 1'12''3 at Vincennes latest which was a new
personal best. In top form and is keeping his shoes in the box. A serious
contender who goes well right-handed
7. UN REVE D'ENFER - Last race came here in January 2016 so the lay off is a
big concern. He was a good second then so he is not without hope but others is
preferred today
8. VAINQUEUR HIGHLAND - Back to top form with easy win at Paray-le-Monial
latest. He is going barefoot all around again and should have a good opportunity
to follow up here
9. SYLVESTER AMERICA - Swedish horse who has yet to win in his new
country. Has had some stride issues lately and draw isn't doing him any favors.
Only an outsider
10. VOLCANO OF LIFE - Won three in a row last summer but form so far this
year has been a disaster. Must show considerable improvement and is passed
over here
11. URBAIN DU CHATELET - Bad draw, bad form and the driver is just 1 from
28 last 12 months. Any money would be a huge surprise
12. SEATTLE BI - This relatively young female will pose a serious threat to the
favorites here despite the draw. She won at Cavaillon April 18 and then was
disqualified at Vincennes at short odds. She has got speed enough to win a race
like this.
13. UNIVERS DE SUCE - The latest wins have come at lesser tracks and the
form is not very good at the moment. A bad draw doesn't help and he is passed
over here

After a highly encouraging start April 7 at Vincennes, (8) VAINQUEUR
HIGHLAND should get his time in the limelight.(2) BLUE PASS won't be far away
though and if applied he will pose a challenge. (6) UPPY DE VIVE clocked a new

1. BRETIGNY - Won at Auch last August and then took a rest. Form has been so
and so this year but he is held in high regard and should have the measure of
most here.
2. TANDO BARBES - Behind nr 1 here latest and form doesn't inspire. Not
without ability but goes with shoes today and should not be able to trouble the
opposition
3. VENISE SOYER - Did impress going barefoot at Vincennes last November
and with that formula being applied again she could be an outsider. She must
keep her stride in check which is an issue.
4. TWIST LIE - Finished eight here latest behind (1) and (2). That was the first
start of the year and he might well revererse that form. Not likely to be involved at
the finish
5. URIAL D'HARCOUEL - Disqualified more often than not this year. Is not
without capabilities but can't be taken seriously until he has proven that he can
behave.
6. ULSTER NEMO - Goes barefoot all around which is a huge plus. Won at
Lyon-La Soie April 20 clocking 1'15''6.. Then he went on to Vincennes where he
outran his odds of 73/1 coming in 9th. This is much easier and he is a contender
7. VULCAIN - Has shown very little so far this year but races barefoot this time
and that tends to show him in a different light. Shouldn't be underestimated
8. UBANJI - Has been contesting a few Quinte + lately and this is easier. Goes
barefoot all around and a place at the podium is within reach
9. URANIE DU GLAY - Disqualified in a Quinte + at Vincennes latest at odds of
22/1. This should be more to her liking but she is racing fully shod today which is
a negative.
10. TENOR D'ESPIENS - Hasn't had much success in Quinte + races lately but
showed good form in lesser races at Agen-le-Passage. This is a nice
engagement and he could finish in the mix.
11. UCIOLE JOY - Perfectly engaged here just 350 euros shy of the penalty.
Comes from a win at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat clocking 1'16''6 over 2650 meters.
Has found herself at the podium 32 times from 92 starts and will have a good
opportunity here.
12. UN DE MAI - Gives away 25 meters to the field. Won in good style at
Marseille-Borely May 17 but will have a hard time following up

improvement latest on the grass at Royan-La Palmyre. Still only an outsider here.
4. BRAVINA BELLA - Last win came at Saint-Galmier in May 2016 when going
barefoot all around so that is a clear positive. Will have to overcome her stride
issues though and others preferred
5. BELLE D'ATOUT - Prone to breaking stride and has had problems in this
class. Simply not good enough
6. BLEU DE BULGARIE - Binary horse who is disqualified more often than not
but in possession of plenty of speed. Will win this if applied
7. BRAVE RIDER - Won here January 30 beating (13) and (14). Has been a
disappointment in the five starts since then and only an outsider here
8. BRUTUS D'HAVAROCHE - Did finish in front of (3) at Royan-La Palmyre.
Very consistent but will likely find a couple too good here.
9. BISSALIA - Bad form and a really bad draw makes us doubt that the driver will
take his first victory for the past 12 months.
10. BELLE DE COSSIO - In good form under saddle last two starts. This is a
huge ask and others preferred
11. BEAUTE D'ENFER - She has got a difficult task at the money here. The bad
draw behind the car doesn't help and the form doesn't read very good. This is a
step down in class but she was way behind a couple of others in this last time out
and is passed over
12. BABY DOLL DUSSAC - Course and distance winner in 2015 and she is
slowly creeping into form. She could finish in the mix despite the draw
13. BACCARAT DESBOIS - He likes it here and is a course and distance winner.
Form is only ok and he will find it difficult to pass all horses
14. BABYLONE - Won under saddle at Auch in the beginning of May. Form is
good in this code as well and we notice that she is racing unshod this time. She
is a leading contender here!
15. BAHIA BEJI - Has been prepared with this race in mind and goes barefoot all
around. Form is better then it seems and she pleased at Beaumont-de-Lomagne
April 9. Major player here
16. BASQUE ECLAIR - Trying to find his form and from the worst of draws he

Tried 3000 meters at Marseille-Borely last time out and fought well as the runner
up. Serious contender again
3. COBRA D'OSTAL - Won at Auch May 8 in his comeback after a short rest.
This is a step up in Class but he showed he is good enough at Vincennes during
the winter. Still just an outsider
4. CAP DE NARMONT - Won here April 27 and followed up at Beaumont-deLomagne May 20. Bidding for the hat-trick and no reason why he shouldn't win
this
5. CANNELLE DE GODREL - Is 4 from 18 and likes it here. In top form at the
moment and must have an excellent chance of reaching the podium if form is
intact after a short rest
6. CESAR LA MESANGE - Latest win came in October at Enghien. He is not to
be trusted and others preferred here
7. CAID DE CHANLECY - Won a respectable race at Vichy Soir in August. Likes
the car and could challenge if applied.
8. CAMINO BELLO - Disqualified more often than not and is not very regular
even when applied. Has showed some speed every now and then but is passed
over this time
9. CAFE BLOND - Lost his form after a very good summer and early fall. Has
shown some signs of life lately but will have something to prove here
10. CLOANNE - Totally out of her depth here. If she could beat one home here
that would be considered great progress.
11. CHANCE DE LESPI - Stayed on strongly when runner up latest and form is
clearly there now. With stride in check she is an outsider

3. DORLANDO DU VIVIER - Runner-up in both starts this year at Castillonnes.
From a very good draw he will have his supporters.
4. DEEP IMPACT - Binary horse who is disqualified more often than not. Richard
Westerink may have a good one in this horse and with stride in check it is an
excellent chance of another win
5. DORUCK - Did trot 1'15''3 at Beaumont-de-LomagneApril 9 when runner-up.
Clearly got the necessary speed but is prone to breaking stride and just an
outsider.
6. DON'T PLAY - Consistent sort still looking to find the form from last year. Any
prize-money will be a pleasant surprise
7. DUC DE LA VASTERIE - Last win came in August in a claimer at Villereal.
They have tried going under saddle lately and has at least shown some promise.

8. DESTRIER BOCAIN - Very delicate horse with a lot of ability. Like some
others in this field it is usually all or nothing and if applied he will challenge for the

9. DUC DE ROSSIGNOL - Won late January at Agen-Le Passage and now has

stables second string
10. DESTRIER JIEL - Julien Foin owns, trains and drives this one who is
unbeaten in two starts behind the car. In his only loss he was disqualified but that
was with another driver. Big chance here
11. DJOKO SPORT - Has been a disappointment in the last two starts and must
prove himself here. Not one for the shortlist
12. DUALO BELLO - Bad draw but very consistent performer when behaving. If
behaving he is one of many that could reach the top five.
13. DIVIN ANAXEL - Latest win came at Auch when going barefooted. Same
formula here but the draw is really bad and others are preferred

This show will belong to (4) DEEP IMPACT if he can just behave this time. Suited
by the car and very well drawn (1) DEDE DE MONTAURAN and (3) DORLANDO

a good race latest in her comeback and if progressing from that she will have a

8. DELMONICA DE LOU - Binary filly that is 2 from 7 and has been disqualified

9. DOUCE PRINCESSE - Extremely delicate but fast filly. Hopeless to trust but if

improve for that. If so she could be the surprise package
