ISSUE SUMMARY: Funding request for red holiday lights for the downtown district to be hung with the
snowflakes by Public Works. The lights will replace the blue lights for Diabetes Awareness Month.
BUDGET IMPACT: Cost not to exceed $1,000; funding source to be determined.
