Booth Placement and Selection:
A signed contract and Terms and Conditions along with the required deposit are necessary to reserve your booth request.
If Cine Gear Expo receives the signed application and deposit separately, the date the deposit is received will determine your place
on the Priority Booth Assignment List. We recommend securing your Cine Gear Expo 2016 booth soon to receive preferred space.
No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted or has representatives, equipment or
materials from other than their own firm in the said space.
Exhibit floor plan subject to change. Studio stages (Indoor Booths) are subject to production bookings on the Paramount Lot and
actual stage location(s) may change for Cine Gear Expo at any time prior to event. If required, every effort will be made to secure
a similar booth position in the new stage location.
Exhibitor Insurance is mandatory, provisions provided in Exhibitor Manual.
Exhibitor Services and Manual
A password will be emailed to you for access to the Exhibitor Manual located in the Exhibitor Log in Section of the Cine
Gear Expo website. Exhibitor Services include show logistic information, order forms for rentals, electricity, showcases,
badge readers, advertising and sponsorships, additional awards reception tickets and more.
