Stock multicolors are inventoried in full one-gallon containers, two per case
Quarts, rollers and Multispec FX Post-Add Metallics are stocked in cases of 6 units
Orders will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment
Surcharge of $4.00 per carton on freeze-protected UPS winter shipments
Terms:
1% 10, net 30 Days
The fact that an item is listed as stock does not assure its immediate availability
Orders are accepted with the implied understanding that shipments may be delayed by
causes such as strikes, shortages beyond our control, fire, transportation difficulties, etc

Ordering Requirements:
All factory stock items (gallons or cases) can be combined for quantity discount
$5 Broken Case charge
Pricing does not cover other non-stock or custom multicolors. Non-stock preformulated and custom multicolors are priced on request,
predicated on color complexity, product cost and order quantity. Contact MSI order department for pricing, availability and return policy.
Minimum order of 12 gallons on colors "not in stock".

Packaging:
Fine Fleck, WaterColors, Stone Accents, Basecoats, MCT,
Plioshield: 1-gallon containers, 2 gallons per color per case, in full case lots
Large orders may be specially ordered in five gallon containers
Watercolors, Stone Accents, Basecoats, Plioshield, and MCT are available in
quarts, packaged 6 quarts per case, 1-gallon containers, 2 gallons per color per case, in full case lots
Rollers are packaged 6 per case
Multispec FX Post-Add Metallic is available in FX100-Gold, FX101-Silver, and FX102 Copper, all packaged 6 per case per color

Authorization from customer service needed before returning
Applicable restocking fee
Applicable price adjustment on quantity of product kept, versus cost of product originally purchased
All custom products are non returnable
Products purchased longer than 90 days prior are non returnable
