General The Panel is committed to hearing from all intervenors that wish to provide oral summary argument. In order to create a presentation schedule that allows this to occur, the Board must understand when you are available to present. While the Board will do its best to accommodate preferences, it cannot guarantee that each intervenor will be assigned to one of their preferred or alternate time slots. B. The AFL and counsel are able to appear for most of September except for the noted previously booked dates. The difficulty is that the AFL is in the process of booking a large multi party Council meeting also in September. We would appreciate receiving our time slot as soon as possible so that then the Council meeting could be booked to work around the oral summary argument date. Page 3
