The Board will endeavor to provide each intervenor with one of its preferred time slots. In other
instances, it may assign some intervenors their alternative time slots in an effort to create a
schedule that allows everyone the opportunity to present when they have indicated that they are
available. While the Board will do its best to accommodate preferences, it cannot guarantee that
each intervenor will be assigned to one of their preferred or alternate time slots.

Other information
Please provide any other information the Board should consider while setting up the logistics and
schedule for oral summary argument.
The AFL and counsel are able to appear for most of September except for the noted previously
booked dates. The difficulty is that the AFL is in the process of booking a large multi party
Council meeting also in September. We would appreciate receiving our time slot as soon as
possible so that then the Council meeting could be booked to work around the oral summary
argument date.
