11th Grade College Trip
Various Colleges
Wednesday April 6th, 2017 – 8:00am – 3:30pm
On Thursday April 6th the 11th grade class will be divided into four groups and will visit one of the following
colleges: Brown University, Manhattanville College, Marist College and Sacred Heart University. The 11th
graders will depart from Amistad High School between 8:00am- 8:45 am. They will attend an information
session, tour one of the colleges listed above, and have lunch on campus. Scholars will be transported by a
school bus chaperoned by AHS staff; scholars will return to school for normal bus arrival, and can utilize their
regular mode of transportation home from school.
In order for your child to be able to attend this trip, sign and completely fill out the permission slip below, and
have your child return it to the drop box by Friday 2/17. For any questions, please contact the Student Services

Students may be withheld from this field trip if: They do not turn in this permission slip by the due date. Administration holds
the right to refuse participation of any scholar due to behavioral concerns.
