After access, type Command: list agent-loginID staffed and click ENTER On each row you can see agent Login ID, name and Extension of his station. Look for agent XXXXX on all available pages, if he/she is present on this list, he/she is currently logged in ( you know also his/her Login ID and used station). >>>02) Check if a station is logged in CM Access to CM. Type Command: status station YYYYY and click ENTER move to last page pressing F7 if station YYYYY is logged in, you should see under column ‘ Grp/Mod ‘ AI or AUX and number of skills on which it’s logged. In order to know name and Login ID of agent that is currently using station YYYYY for skill WWWWW, press F1 , type Command: monitor bcms skill WWWWW and click ENTER look for station YYYYY (column EXT ) on all pages until you find it.
