Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain
well. Place two tea bags in a warmed beverage mug. Pour boiling water over
the tea bags, and allow to steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Pour
Chai tea concentrate, vanilla syrup, and apple juice concentrate into the mug,
and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Quarter the apple, and remove the core.
Slice two ½-oz. slices, and place the apple slices and one cinnamon stick in
the mug.
