Two main conference halls
offer a combined space of
2,200 square meters with a
total capacity of nearly 1,300
persons. Located on the same
floor, both halls can host
completely separate events or
be linked electronically for a
fully coordinated conference.

in a choice of four conference
rooms, each seating up to

The Large
Conference
Hall
T
he largest of UNCCAA’s two main conferen­
ce halls is a prestigious venue
that matches quality interior
design with that essential
attention to technical detail
which ensure delegates’ every
need is fully met.
Covering an area of 1,200
square metres, the hall can
seat over 800 persons in a
configuration that can host
300 heads of delegation of 56
heads of state, as well as 300
other delegates. Additionally
there is a rostrum accommo­
dating 28 and a gallery for up
to 180 observers.
Technical capability
includes floor language plus
six-language simultaneous
interpretation system, elec­
tronic voting and discussion
management systems, and
film, video, slide and overhead
projection.

Medium
Conference
Hall
O
f equal quality and
prestige to the large
conference hall, this 1,000square metre venue can seat
nearly 500 persons. The
arrangement allows for up to
200 heads of delegation, 200
other delegates, a rostrum for
26 and a gallery seating 48.
Ideally suited to mediumsize conferences, the hall offers
the same technical capability as
the large hall, and the same ease
for proceedings to be conduc­
ted smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to floor lan­
guage, there is a six-language
simultaneous interpretation
system, as well as electronic
voting and discussion manage­
ment systems, and film, video,
slide and overhead projection.

hile both the large
and medium confe­
ren­ce halls are totally selfcontained to host completely
separate events, they are
conveniently located on the
same floor and can be linked
electronically for a fully co­
ordinated conference chaired
from alternating rostra.
This combined capacity
thus provides a total meeting
area of 2,200 square metres
with capacity of nearly 1,300
persons, allowing for up to

maller meetings are
equally well serviced in
four conference rooms, each
covering 300 square metres
and seating up to 115. The
configuration of the rooms
is for 58 heads of delegation,
plus additional delegates.
Elegantly designed, the

of the larger venues in quality
and prestige.
Technical facilities are also
of the highest standard and
perfectly suited to all require­
ments of the smaller meeting.

main conference venues
are full support areas de­
signed to ensure everyone
meets with ease. Two wellappointed briefing rooms
are variously configured with
desks and seating for between
44 and 64 persons, while ten
caucus rooms range in size
from 22 to 32 seats.
Auxiliary facilities include
two chairperson suites with
executive offices and meeting
room, conference clients’ of­
fice space and a 2,100 squaremetre exhibition concourse,

as well as a fully equipped
business center, plus recep­
tion areas and lounges of
various sizes for different
purposes.
For the convenience of
delegates, reception areas
and lounges are equipped
with Wi-Fi internet con­
nection as well as closedcircuit televisions to provide
audio-visual coverage of the
proceedings in all conference

partitionable dinning room

UNCC-AA’s extensive kit­
