water – no salt or 1 can shredded

1 pack organic, free range chicken
breast
1 jar natural peanut or almond butter
1 small jar mayonnaise made with
oilive oi, or veggie-maise
1 Pack Trader Joe’s Marinated AhiTuna Steaks
1 pack of Wild Caught Salmon Filets;
skin on
1 carton almond milk , option 1 carton
chocolate almond milk
1 container feta cheese
1 jar Trader Joe’s Pear Vinaigrette
1 jar Makoto ginger dressing ( in
refrigerated section near fruit)
1 container Dijon mustard
1 container Worchester sauce
1 bag quinoa
1 bag brown rice ( Trader Joe’s has
bags already made in frozen section)
1 jar fresh pesto sauce
1 jar trader Joe’s marinara sauce or
organic pasta marinara sauce ( or use
fresh sliced tomatoes and fresh basil)

1 jar instant coffee or just use fresh
brewed coffee
