SWLSEP – Primary Succession and Leadership Programme
A professional development programme for all primary middle and senior leaders,
looking for next steps in promotion. The programme will encompass:







A one day motivational conference providing vision and practical support from
key note speakers
A shadowing programme to develop support networks
Targeted programmes depending on each participant’s desired next step for
promotion
One day sessions at our local teaching schools, developing practical skills of
leadership
Opportunities to develop leadership skills in ‘live-task’ follow up sessions
Priority access to a series of half day and twilight sessions developing key skills,
including coaching, data, school finance, time management, leading meetings
and interview skills
A final twilight conference for action planning and networking across 6 boroughs
