Administrative Assistant at Wild Earth
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to connect with families and to
encourage nature connection in the Hudson Valley. Candidate must have strong
communication skills and be able to perform a wide range of administrative
support tasks in a timely manner with high performance standards. The
Administrative Assistant will report to the Associate Director and will provide
day-to-day support to the directing staff with a focus on communications,
registration, marketing and data management.
Responsibilities Include:

Answer phone & email inquiries, direct inquiries to appropriate contacts.
Cultivate relationships between families and Wild Earth.
Write correspondence emails with impeccable grammar and eloquence.
Update and maintain confidential records and files for program
registrations, donations and merchandise sales.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow
through on issues to ensure the timely completion of work.
Provide administrative and clerical support to directing staff.
Qualifications:

Superb written and verbal communication.
Dynamic interpersonal skills.
Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, skills.
Must be punctual, reliable and well organized.
Ability to work with confidential information, material and issues.
Familiarity with CRM or database such as Salesforce is a plus.
Start Date: Position begins Monday, September 28, 2015.
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: $12-15 per hour based on experience
