Belyrian Holdings redmption BELR
The Board of Directors of Belyrian Holdings Limited (“the Company”)
announces that according to the resolution dated December 20th, 2016, it
has been decided to proceed with an early partial redemption of the
Company’s corporate bonds, issued on October 14th, 2016, and maturing on
October 14th, 2029, and listed on the Emerging Companies Market of the
Cyprus Stock Exchange with ISIN CY0146850216 and trading code “BELR”.
The partial redemption relates to 79,844,593 (seventy-nine million,
eight hundred forty-four thousand, five hundred ninety-three) bonds of
nominal value USD 1 each for a total value of $79,844,593 (seventy-nine
million, eight hundred forty-four thousand, five hundred ninety-three)
USD.
Following the redemption, the number of outstanding bonds has been
reduced from 100,464,794 (one hundred million, four hundred sixty-four
thousand, seven hundred ninety-four) to 20,620,201 (twenty million, six
hundred twenty thousand, two hundred one) for a total value of
$20,620,201 (twenty million, six hundred twenty thousand, two hundred
one) USD.
The Company has applied and duly notified the Cyprus Stock Exchange of
the early redemption.
