fun and exciting event!
Without the generous support and participation from communities throughout Dodge County this event could not happen. Whether
your donation was the purchase of a ticket, an auction item, or working to pull this event together, your support is greatly appreciated
and we thank you.
Please remember what a great cause this event supports: The Strong Kids Campaign. All proceeds will be directed to ensure that no
person is turned away from YMCA programs, childcare, membership, and a lot of activities because of their inability to pay. The
Strong Kids Campaign provides program support and financial assistance to families who need it most throughout our Dodge County.

Live Auction Procedures
The Live Auction will begin at 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Old Hickory Golf Club.
To enter a bid, the bidder raises his or her hand directing the signal to either the auctioneer or to one of the spotters, whose job it is to
relay bids to the auctioneer.
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. All sales are final upon the pronouncement by the
auctioneer of the number of the bidder and the word “SOLD.” The cashier will record the final bid at that time.
In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion, either to determine the successful
bidder or to re-auction the article in dispute.
All purchases must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction at the cashier’s table. Cash, personal check, VISA, or
MasterCard are all acceptable (sorry we do not accept American Express or Diners Club). Unless otherwise specified, the buyer must
take all items on auction night. Items may be removed only after surrendering a “PAID” receipt at the pick-up area.
Unless otherwise specified, all auction certificates must be used within one year of February 13, 2010.
Unless specified, dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and buyer. Please take careful note of the
specific restrictions and dates on the trips, resort stays, etc.
All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on any items. While every reasonable effort has been made to describe each
item correctly and services are sold “where is” and “as is,” the YMCA makes no warranties or representations expressed or implied of
any kind with respect to any item or service sold.
By purchase, the buyer waives any claim of liability against either the YMCA of Dodge County or the donor of the item or service.
Neither the YMCA nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the items
or services sold.

The 19th Annual Sport Night Auction.
The annual Sport Night Auction is an effort by staff and volunteers of the YMCA to generate
funds to support our financial assistance program—the Strong Kids Campaign—that
currently helps over 800 families throughout Dodge County. As one would expect, the 2009
financial assistance program grew beyond our expectation to the amount of$87,000 in
programs and services. At this point we are expecting a similar need due to the rocky
economic situation. Thank you for helping the YMCA of Dodge County live our mission to
make sure that no individual is turned away from the YMCA due to inability to pay.
