the package maintenance fee, as well as the estimated flexible costs of food, linens and floral. All prices are
subject to the individual vendors secured, but are always given prior approval by the client.

When alcohol is served, 1 onsite DPS Officer is required per 150 guests

Kindred Oaks serves as the liaison between you the client, and the vendors included in this package

Kindred Oaks acts as “agent” and therefore distributes deposits, handles contracts, emails & phone
calls for each vendor in the package

Kindred Oaks serves as the sole point of contact for collecting monies from the client instead of the
client having to work out payments with each of the 7 additional vendors included in this package

Our Complete Packages include the use of the Kindred Oaks staff to perform a very specific set
of “day of coordination” duties that are listed on the previous page, under “Mini day of
Coordinating”.
Should you wish to have a more in depth level of service, we highly recommend Ame Soeur Events,
headed by Donna Aleman. They will give the couple peace of mind on their wedding day, while also
relieving their family, friends, and bridal party from duties they might be recruited to perform during
your event. This package is ideal for the couple that has planned all the details of their event, but wants
to be able to enjoy their wedding by having someone else manage it all!
Ame Soeur Events
Day of Coordination Services Value: $1,200.00 – fixed cost
In addition to the services provided with the Kindred Oaks Mini “Day of” Coordinating, Ame Soeur
Coordination Services includes:
Pre-Wedding Services
 Initial Consultation – going over vendor selections, what to expect for the big day, discuss
plan of action, which includes individual spreadsheet checklists for the bride, groom, and
parents
 Final Planning Meeting – extremely detailed
 Creation of timeline and distribution of vendors – again, very detailed and ensures everyone
is on the same page
 Confirmation of all vendors two weeks prior to your event
 Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
Day of Wedding Services
 Assist photographer in photos
 Ensure officiant has marriage license
 Ensure honor attendants or officiant has wedding rings
 Loading of wedding gifts into designated vehicle for safe keeping
 Assist with bustling of the wedding gown
 Preparation of meal and cake for couple to be placed in getaway car or venue refrigerator
 Packing of personal décor items to be located in central location giving designated family
or friends easy access to loading into vehicles
 Access to wedding day tool kit
