9th Annual Festival of Miles

The Festival is a family-oriented event with races for all age-groups
focusing on the TRUE mile.
Awards
* 15 age groups- male and female with quality medals, six deep in all age groups
* Elite male and female division
* 3 years of age and under (50 meters); 4 years of age(100 meters); 5-6 years of age (400 meters);
7-8 years of age (800 meters); all older age groups run a mile: 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18,
19-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, and 65+
* Fastest times of the day: $100 male and female.* Must run the elite race to be eligible for this
cash.* (Additional $100 for a new meet record.)
Current Records: Elite Open Division Allan Schroeder 4:19.25, Brittany Aquino 5:12.98
: Elite Masters Division Carl Combs 4:44.69, Susan Osborn 6:20.30

Drawings
* Random (2) $50 gift certificates from the Fleet feet, (2) $50 cash, and (2) $25 cash drawings
* Drawings for all participating 2017 High School graduates to win $500 Scholarship for male/female
* We will have a free throw shooting contest--- Excellent Awards
* Drawings for participants who shoot free throws and run the mile - (8) $25 cash drawings
* We will provide free refreshments and snacks for all participants and their families. (BBQ)
