 To find the volume of a Triangular Prism:

B = area of the base,
V = Bh
since the base is a triangle, B = (b • h)

 To find the volume of a Cylinder:
Formula:
V = Bh
B = area of the base, Since the base is a circle B = π • r2
h = distance between the 2 bases
Ex: Find the volume of the Cylinder
V = Bh
V = (3.14 • 42) • 12
V = 602.88 cm3
 To find the volume of any other prisms where “B” is given to you:
Formula:
V = Bh
Ex: Find the volume of the Pentagonal Prism
