Dosage
1.435 kg of product for 3.5 l of water.
Preparation
1. Bring 3.5 l of water to a boil, stir the content of the pouch into the water and bring
to a simmer again.
2. Stirring occasionally, not covered depending on the desired consistency, allow to boil
for 15-18 minutes.
3. Finish off by adding a little butter, if desired. For a finishing touch add fresh butter,
a little olive oil or cream as desired. For flavouring add a little white wine, safforn or
curry.
Applications
Serve as side dish, instead of rice, for all sorts of meat-, poultry-, fish- or mushroom
dishes. Ideal for vegetarian meals. Ideal as base for salads when cooked and cold.
