Your ULTIMATE goal is to run 1 mile in 10 minutes! MILE: 53 54 55 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69 70 71 72 73 74 75 76 77 78.6 LAP DISTANCE How many laps did you run today? DIRECTIONS: 1. How many laps make up a mile at your running track? Ask your PE teacher & enter this distance in the box at the top left of the arrow. 2. Using a ruler & pencil, mark lines across the arrow, dividing it into the number of sections that equal number of laps to complete a mile. 3. Color in the number of laps completed and move right towards the reward! 4. Once you have colored in all sections, turn your mileage log into your teacher to collect your NIKE reward! KEEP RUNNING!
