The Fundraising Fitness Test (FFT) is a fast and easy tool that you can use to measure your impact on
donor and gift retention and growth. This interactive session will demonstrate the FFT. Participants will
help to craft retention strategies based on the results.

Bios:
Mary Doorley, VP of Development, Archdiocese of Boston has been a
development professional for 30 years, serving as a capital campaign
consultant and chief development officer for healthcare, cultural,
educational, and religious organizations throughout the country. She is an
adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching courses in arts
administration and nonprofit management. Mary served on the AFP’s
Ethics Think Tank in 2011 and is currently a member of the AFP Research
Council. An Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive, she serves on the
ACFRE Board. She earned a BA from the Catholic University of America
and an MS from Regis College.
Tomasz Kierul, CFRE, has excelled in development and leadership
positions where he brings energy and focus as well as nearly 15 years of
experience in nonprofit development. He currently leads Regis' annual
leadership giving program and has an active role in the overall direction,
strategy, and integration of development, alumni relations, and
advancement services. Prior to his role at Regis, he served at the Catholic
Archdiocese of Boston as Senior Development Officer and co-founded
Philanthropic U, a consulting practice specializing in donor-focused
program development and campaign priorities. Tomasz has held a variety
of positions in the nonprofit and consulting sectors at several
organizations in the US and Poland, and currently serves as a member of
the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals
(AFP) Massachusetts Chapter.
