Field Trip Prices
$20 Student Package (Beginner Slopes Only). Add $2 for Fridays & Holidays.

$10 Helmet Rental (recommended).
1 FREE package for every 15th paid!
*Sorry, no on-site ticket upgrades. If you sign up for the beginner package you must stay in the beginner area
for the entire day. No changes or refunds—choose carefully!
*There will be no discounts for participants bringing their own equipment.
Field Trip Availability
The Field Trip Program is offered Monday through Friday, EXCLUDING 12/26—12/30, 2016, 1/6, 1/16, 2/20,
and 3/3, 2017. Field Trip Holiday Period rates in effect: February 21st through February 24th, 2017.
Snow Tubing option—Friday only
SNOW TUBING is available on Fridays only, from January 13th through closing. Hours are 10 am to 4 pm.
$20 Student or Chaperone; add $5 for lunch. During the holiday period of February 21st through February 24th
snow tubing rates are $22; add $5 for lunch.

Important Field Trip Details
Staff Chaperones:
Guideline: 1 chaperone for every 10 skiers/riders.
Parents:
Parents not chaperoning the children are welcome but are asked not to interfere with the student lessons.
Parents wishing to ski/ride can purchase discounted lift tickets & rentals. The lift ticket rate is $20; rental equipment is
$20. All parent lift ticket/rentals must be purchased at the JF Group Sales Office. Parents must check in at the JF Group
Office no later than 2 pm—No Exceptions!
Lunch:
Lunch is included in the Field Trip Package. If snow tubing, lunch can be added on for only $5.00. Those taking advantage
of the lunch package will be issued a wrist band. This wrist band must be worn to go through the cafeteria to pick-up
their lunch choices.
Please let the students know of their choices for lunch.
Lunch consists of: choice of hot dog or vegan sandwich, French fries, choice of water or small fountain beverage.
There are additional items available for purchase in the cafeteria. Gluten free food is available upon request.
Day of Trip Procedures







The Group Sales Office is located in the rear of the Jack Frost Rental Shop.
Upon arrival, please leave the students on the bus. Only the Field Trip Coordinator should check-in at the Group
Sales office to pick-up the tickets and make payment.
Once you have your groups tickets in hand, return to the bus, distribute the tickets, and bring your students inside
the Jack Frost Rental Shop with their completed JFBB Release/Rental Form. The students are now ready to get their
equipment.
Having the students bring along their completed rental form will save time.
The completed snow tubing forms must be collected by the field trip coordinator and turned in at Group Sales upon
picking up the tickets. Every snow tuber must have a completed form.
It is very important that all rental and tubing forms are the most current forms issued by JFBB. If you have forms
from a previous reservation please discard them and use the new forms we provide.
Payment is due on the day of the trip. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, school check or cash.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule for any reason please contact us immediately!
Please refrain from bringing outside food or beverages to JFBB.
