Compensation Plan
You can get started with 7k Metals by 1 of 2 ways.
1. Purchase an annual Membership ($250). The initial Associate Fee is waived when the Annual Program is
purchased.
2. Purchase the Associate Fee for $75.00 and $10 per month for the use of the Marketing website,
Backoffice Dashboard and other tools provided.
Team Commissions
When a transaction that has points occurs on either team, by anyone on that team, regardless of who
wh their sponsor
is, YOU earn points on that team. Points begin to accumulate towards the team totals after you make your first
referral of a 7k Membership. When your accumulated point totals are at least 500 for each team, you earn a TEAM
BONUS of $500 (Step
tep 1). Your points can accumulate up to 11,000
000 points left and right and that will pay you another
$500 for a total of $1,000 for the week (Step 2). The maximum Team commission for any tracking center is $1,000
per week. Team sales do not accumulate beyond 1,000 points per Team side. Points less than 500 will carry over to
the next weekly pay period.

within the last 30 days and have at least 1 p

Unused points will reset to “0” for any inactive associates every 45 days.
5% Matching Bonus on Team Commissions
The 5% Matching Bonuses are an extension of and beyond Team Commissions. This is how you extend your weekly
commissions beyond $1,000. If you are qualified to receive Team Commissions, you are also eligible to receive a 5%

SONALLY SPONSORED ASSOCIATES TEAM COMMISSIONS.
COMMISSIONS So, when any
and all of your personally sponsored associates earns a Step 1 or Step 2 commission, you will earn an additional 5%.
For example, if you have 4 personally sponsored associates earn $500 for the pa
payy period; your matching bonus
would be $100.
2nd Generation Matching Bonus
This additional level of 5% match pays on any and all of the Team Commissions earned by those personally enrolled
by those that you have personally enrolled. Qualification for this is that you must enroll 5 qualified Associates on
each team at the end of the current pay period.
Coin of the Month = Graded Silver Coin(s) of the Month
The standard offering of the Coin of the Month a PCGS or NGC silver coin at the MS70 grade or PR70 grade. Each
graded coin provides 20 points. The points are added to the Team totals the same way the Membership points are
added. There is one additional feature to help build points faster. If you have already purchased a Coin of the
Month, any subsequent graded coins within a 30 day period will add to your own smaller team’s total. Points from a
single transaction will be dedicated to one side or the other and cannot be split between teams.

3. ASSOCIATE: Any person that chooses to participate in the 7k Compensation and has received the company’s
Terms and Conditions, and agrees to the ASSOCIATE agreement. They will not receive commissions or other
bonuses until they accumulate at least 500 points on both tteams and have referred att least 1 personally enrolled
Member or Associate on each team.
4. BUSINESS CENTER: This is the Associates’ Account in the Associates Network/Genealogy that is used to track
points and commissions.
5. COMPENSATION PLAN:: Also referred to as the “M

arketing Plan” or “Commission Plan”. It is the official set of
performance requirements and definitions as published on the 7k website, by which 7k Metals pays its
Independent Associates.
6. INACTIVE: Any associate or member that does not personally generate at least 20 points in a 45 day period.
Selling a membership or purchasing Coin of the Month / Graded Coins will generate personal points.
7. NETWORK / GENEALOGY: This is a series of relationships of Business Centers that determine the flow of points
and commissions.

other Business Centers attached. Your Binary Network can go to an unlimited number of Independent Associates

8. MAINTENANCE: The standard of performance involving an Independent Associate that is required for that
Independent Associate to continue to be Active and/or Qualified after meeting the initial qualification
requirements.
9. PAY PERIOD: Commissions are calculated and paid weekly with a one
one-week delay. Commissions are paid 10 days
after the end of each pay period which is Sunday morning through Saturday night Mountain Time.

11. POINTS: These are points generated by and attached to sales of 7k Metals Prime Memberships and/ or Graded
Numismatic Coins as well as other products/

12. RESET: At the end of each pay period, if an Associates accumulates enough points to earn a Step check, their
points will rest to zero at the beginning of the next pay period. If an Associate does not earn a Step check, their
points will remain intact for the following pay period
